S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y Night!

Bobby and I were talking last night how we were a little discouraged because we wanted to do more with the Christian students who were here but were finding it difficult because we can’t really talk to anyone. So, we prayed. And the Lord answered. About four this afternoon, the bandroom right across the street came alive with about 300 students singing. Yes, they were singing to the same God we sing to! Bobby and I sprinted across the street and joined in as best we could. It was awesome. We wanted more.

Well, we decided to claim Saturday night as the night when Heaven comes down. Kate and Tiff are going to come up from Chiang Mai to translate for us and we are going to throw a big party, Jesus style. We are working on inviting as many students as possible. It’s going to be Church.

So, what can you do? Shake the foundations of the earth with us. Pray for God to get as many students to come as possible. This night is why we are here and why the Lord sent us. We have already claimed a great victory and we are expecting the Lord to do BIG things. Pray alongside us. I cannot accurately convey the urgency of this prayer request. Hit your knees. Fast. Plead. Ask. Seek. Knock. Do whatever you got to do to get in on this. Pray the foundations of the building would shake, rattle and roll with the praises of the saints.

We are going to do it up Thai style. Acts 2 style. Jesus style.

Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar before the throne. The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, went up before God from the angel’s hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake. -Revelation 8.3-5
